All services to fully implement a new business venture, providing it is an eligible business. 

- Company registration.
- Canada Revenue Agency registrations.
- Find a suitable location for the business.

Investing in an existing business: 

- Provide the applicant with opportunities to make an investment that will meet the terms and conditions of the PNP Program, for example, retain legal services to prepare a share subscription agreement.

Purchasing an existing business: 

- Provide the applicant with potential business opportunities to purchase an existing business. 
- Retain services of accountant and legal services to work with the client in assessing the business for viability, value, sustainability, etc.
- Preparation of new business plan.
- Accounting services.
- Consultations with Government departments on programs and support services.
